Overview

The Sorento is priced similarly to many small SUVs, even though it's larger than most of its competitors. The 3.3-liter V6 is quite spirited and returned 17 mpg overall. The interior is fairly roomy, with good fit and finish. The Sorento is competent off-road. Handling is clumsy, though stability control makes it ultimately secure.
